I had an issue with my order and reached out to drpenlike.com hoping they’d help sort it out. The replies were kinda slow, and it felt like they mostly kept saying the same thing without really fixing anything. In the end, I just gave up because the problem never really got resolved. Overall, not a great experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

Checkout was simple overall, and my payment went through fine in the end. The weird part is, the page felt kind of slow, so I ended up double-checking my details twice just to make sure everything actually updated. Not a bad experience, but it could definitely be a bit smoother...

I ordered from drpenlike the tracking was decent for what I needed. It didn’t update instantly, but after about a day I could see where my package was, which made me feel better about the order. The delivery showed up around the date they gave me, so I can’t really complain. Overall, it worked out fine for me.

For the price, this was a solid buy. It does what I needed it to do, and I feel like I got good value without overthinking it. I’d buy it again.

Everything showed up sealed and looking clean, which I REALLY appreciated. I still gave it a quick wipe-down myself just to be safe, but i didn’t notice any hygiene issues at all.

After using the pen for a few months, I ran into a problem and reached out to them about the warranty. It took a couple of days to get everything sorted, so it wasn’t the fastest process, but they did respond and ended up sending me the replacement part I needed. I ordered this thinking it would show up in about a week, but it ended up taking almost three. The timing was really frustrating because I needed it sooner, and the tracking barely updated, so I had no idea if it was even moving or just stuck somewhere.
The item itself was fine once it finally arrived, but by then I was already annoyed. If the shipping had been faster, or at least more clear about the delay, I’d probably give it a better rating.

The box was really thin with barely any padding, and by the time it got to me, the outside was crushed and everything inside looked like it had been knocked around. For what I paid, I expected way more care with the packaging.

I ordered some needle cartridges from drpenlike, they were kind of a mixed bag. Some of them worked totally fine and felt smooth while using them, so at first I thought they were going to be a good buy. But then a couple of the cartridges didn’t seem quite as sharp, or at least they didn’t glide the same way, and they dragged a bit more than I expected. It wasn’t horrible or unusable, but it was noticeable enough that I could tell the quality wasn’t the same across all of them. The packaging was okay and everything arrived without damage, so no complaints there. For the price, I wouldn’t say it’s a terrible deal, but I was hoping they’d be more consistent from cartridge to cartridge. I might order again if I can’t find a better option, but I’d probably look around first

The pen does work, but it took longer than I expected to notice anything, which was kind of annoying because I was hoping to see results sooner. After a few uses my skin did feel a little smoother, but nothing dramatic yet. You also have to be careful with the settings so you don’t overdo it. For the price, it’s alright, but don’t expect it to work miracles overnight.

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but this felt really rough on my skin and wasn’t comfortable at all. I was expecting it to feel softer, so I was kind of disappointed. Maybe others won’t mind it, but for me it just didn’t feel good to wear.

The cap and buttons can feel a little loose sometimes, which is kind of noticeable. For the price, it’s alright, I just wish it felt a bit more sturdy in the hand.

Returning it was easy, and I did get my refund without much hassle. Kind of makes you wonder why it couldn’t have been right the first time, but at least the return process worked out.

so I tried this for a few weeks hoping I’d notice some improvement, but my skin texture looks pretty much the same. If anything, it felt a little more irritated after using it. Just didn’t feel worth the money for me.
